Program Participation Requirements

Participation in a two-year, self-paced professional training in leadership, communication, well-being and time management.
Participants will receive an $800 stipend in year 1 and a $1,000 stipend in year 2.
Demonstrate enhanced skill development through participation in community engagement or service.
Attend workshops and seminars by different career experts.
Attend group meetings with engineering and non-engineering students and faculty.
Completion of reading assignments.
Maintain a portfolio of leadership activities.
