Availability

Reservations are required. First-come-first-serve.
The room is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For reservations outside these hours, call 575-646-2573.

Set Up

Preparing the room for your meeting is your responsibility.
You may access the room 30 minutes before your meeting begins.
The room must be left clean and in its original condition; notify staff when your meeting concludes.
You may not be the only person using the room that day.

Equipment

Wireless monitor, podium, whiteboard, and conference telephone are available.
It is preferred that you bring your own laptop.
