The Boeing Collaboration Room, located in Goddard Hall, Room 100, was created to increase collaboration among College of Engineering departments and administrative offices. The space is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily for faculty and staff to drop by for coffee, tea, or water — to chat, meet, or relax.

The room is also available to be reserved for small group meetings.

Availability

Reservations are required. First-come-first-serve.
The room is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Set Up

Preparing the room is your responsibility; you may access it 30 minutes before your meeting.
Leave the room clean and in its original condition; notify staff when your meeting concludes.
You may not be the only person using the room that day.

Equipment

The room has no electronic equipment — only whiteboards.
