Kickstart your Engineering or Computer Science journey! Join our dynamic, cohort-based career development program crafted just for first-year students. This two-semester experience is designed to ease your transition from high school to university through hands-on learning and personal growth opportunities.
You’ll participate in monthly workshops that focus on teamwork and collaborative skills, setting you up for success in research, team projects, and the workplace. Plus, you’ll receive personalized support from Career Navigators—third and fourth year students who will connect you with industry professionals, student clubs, and faculty for research opportunities, all while guiding you through your first year.

Why Participate?
