Her group facilitates rate planning and recommends production rates by model to the Office of the President.

She began her Boeing career in the Antenna Design organization, supporting missile and aircraft programs with phased‑array antenna design and analysis. In 1984, she transitioned into Radar Cross Section (RCS) measurement technology, designing advanced measurement facilities—including the Boeing 9‑77 Compact Range, which incorporates several of her innovative concepts such as the retractable low‑frequency array.
Peggy spent five years managing research technology contracts in areas including RCS error mitigation, fast multipole method, SQUID sensor design, advanced antennas, and RCS facility design. She later worked in Business Development on research contract acquisition, earning multiple awards and customer recognitions.
