- Participation in a two-year, self-paced professional training in leadership, communication, well-being and time management.
- Participants will receive an $800 stipend in year 1 and a $1,000 stipend in year 2.
- Demonstrate enhanced skill development through participation in community engagement or service.
- Attend workshops and seminars by different career experts.
- Attend group meetings with engineering and non-engineering students and faculty.
- Completion of reading assignments.
- Maintain a portfolio of leadership activities.
