The Klipsch School of Electrical and Computer Engineering is dedicated to providing quality educational opportunities in electrical and computer engineering to prepare students for successful careers in industry, government and academics. The Klipsch School is fully accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. The School is named in honor of the late Paul W. Klipsch, an NMSU alumni and one of America ‘s most celebrated audio pioneers.

The Klipsch School is located in Thomas and Brown Hall, named in honor of the former Dean of Engineering Melvin A. Thomas (1947-1961) and Professor Harold A. Brown with additional offices and laboratory facilities located in Goddard Annex.
