Frank W. Gorman, Jr.
A lifelong resident of El Paso, he attended Texas A&M until World War II interrupted his education where he served as a Navy Pilot. After the war, he attended New Mexico State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering and went to work as a partner at his dad's company.
