More than $25 million in capital outlay projects are on the November ballet for New Mexico State University campuses as part of the $169 million in proposed general obligation bonds that help pay for major projects across the state, including renovating university facilities.

NMSU Board of Regents approves repairs following Jett Hall fire

In a special meeting June 6, the New Mexico State University Board of Regents approved $1.2 million in emergency repairs to Jett Hall following a fire in the building earlier this year.

NMSU’s Jett Hall evacuated after smoke noticed from ventilation system

A burned-out air ventilation coil is to blame for smoke filling the third floor of New Mexico State University’s Jett Hall around 1 p.m. today.
