Farmington – Manuel Tso, Jr. a resident of Farmington, New Mexico, suddenly went home to be with his Heavenly Father on March 14, 2021 at San Juan Regional Medical Center. He was 49 years old. He was the husband of Magreda Tso and the proud father of his two boys, Brandon and Ryan Tso.

Born in Shiprock, New Mexico, he was the son of Manuel Tso, Sr. and Carol Tso both of Shiprock, New Mexico. They were very proud of their son. He had many accomplishments. He graduated from New Mexico State University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Manuel met the love of his life, Magreda, while attending NMSU. Together, they completed their respective engineering degrees; both graduating in the fall of 1999. After graduation, they continued to build their relationship and were married in August of 2002. Together they made their home in Farmington. They welcomed their first son, Brandon, in December 2004, and their second son, Ryan, in July of 2006. Their family was complete and celebrated 18 years of marriage.

Manuel’s passion to build as an engineer opened his career to many great opportunities. He eventually landed at the City of Farmington as an Associate Project Engineer. Many of Manuel’s former and present coworkers remembered his kindness, humility and willingness to assist whenever called upon.

He knew his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was a member of CopperRidge Church in Farmington, New Mexico. He enjoyed fishing, camping, mountain biking, and riding his Harley. He took every opportunity to spend time with his boys. They remember everything he had taught them and groomed them into two young fine men. Manuel also enjoyed time with his extended family and friends. He was very humble and always lent a helping hand without question. He was a craftsman of every trade; including but not limited to: auto mechanics, welding, carpentry, plumbing, farming, equipment operating and electric. Words cannot express how much his family, friends, and neighbors will miss him.

He is survived by his wife Magreda, sons Brandon and Ryan, mother Carol Tso, sisters, Beverly Gorman (spouse Emerson), Angelita Tso (Delbert), Charmaine Hosteen (spouse Robert), a brother, Roedell Tso (spouse Tina), numerous nieces and nephews, and his dog Harley, and cat Gracie. He is preceded in death by his father Manuel Tso Sr., his brother Carl Tso and father-in-law Max Denetdale.
