Are you in the process of creating an SBIR/STTR proposal? Join us for this panel session, where panelists will highlight tips and best practices for submitting a strong SBIR/STTR proposal. The experienced panelists will provide useful information that will help write and submit a strong SBIR/STTR proposal.

About the Panelists

Jeff Grusy is a business leader with over 20 years of experience. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is currently a business unit leader at Applied Technology Associates (ATA) in Albuquerque, NM.

Dr. Joy Colucci founded Metis Technology Solutions in 2010. Headquartered in Albuquerque, NM, the company employs over 60 systems engineers, software engineers, and subject matter experts. The company also provides aeronautics and space systems development support to NASA and the US Air Force. Prior to forming Metis, Dr. Colucci held management positions at Raytheon and Booz Allen Hamilton. She has led several NASA R&D programs and holds a Ph.D. degree in Earth System Science from Indiana University.

Dr. Bill Goodman is the founder and president of Goodman Technologies, LLC. He has been awarded over 37 SBIR grants, including 12 Phase II projects, along with many other prime and subcontracted awards. Dr. Goodman obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from UCLA in 1991 and 1995, respectively. He has over 34 years’ experience in the areas of Optics, Propulsion, and Ballistic Missile Defense.
