Partnership for the Advancement of Cancer Research is hosting a two-day, interactive workshop on using deep learning technology to study image data in a variety of fields from 9 a.m.-noon July 23-24 in Thomas & Brown Hall, Room 304.
The workshop will be led by Laura Boucheron from the Klipsch School of Electrical Engineering and Roger Brent from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. This workshop is open to all students, faculty and staff at NMSU; however, the workshop is best-suited for those with some degree of experience with coding. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own image data to analyze in the workshop. Boucheron and Brent will be available to help with data analysis at the conclusion of each morning session.
