Girls in tech: Dual events aim for inclusion

As students of all ages from across New Mexico competed Saturday in a statewide robotics competition on the campus of New Mexico State University, an organization devoted to encouraging girls to seek out careers in science and engineering had its monthly board meeting just three blocks away.

NMSU robotics camps challenge middle- and high-school students

The Engineering New Mexico Resource Network, part of the College of Engineering, hosted two beginning camps and an advanced camp that provided a more in-depth look at the engineering design process and programming skills.
