The Southwest Technology Development Institute received an award to continue its operation of the New Mexico office of the Frank M. Tejeda Center for Excellence in Environmental Operations. This award is a subcontract from the Texas Engineering Extension Service. The New Mexico Tejeda Center is going on its fourth year of operation and makes up the New Mexico component of the San Antonio-based organization set up to provide capacity development for operators of water and wastewater systems along the U.S./Mexico border corridor.
