The Carlsbad Environmental Monitoring and Research Center is a division of the College of Engineering at New Mexico State University established with a grant entitled “Carlsbad Environmental Monitoring and Research Program” (CEMRP). The staff of the CEMRC Informatics and Modeling group will be made available to help with programming and modeling tasks, general VMS, UNIX, and Windows management tasks and database programming associated with Sandia's WIPP Performance Assessment program.
