Dissemination of GRASP Faculty Development Program (Gaining Retention and Achievement for Students Program)

The purpose of this project is to explore a dissemination methodology for a program developed at NMSU. GRASP is designed to increase retention and achievement of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) undergraduates using a semester-long faculty development program. The program called GRASP (gaining Retention and Achievement for Students Program), has been successfully disseminated across disciplines at NMSU.
