The objectives of this program are to address the unique and complex issues associated with carbon sequestration. The WERC Environmental Design Contest will form the cornerstone of the education and the technology demonstration components of the program. This will be accomplished through Los Alamos National Laboratory sponsorship of a task. The contest provides an opportunity for collaborative research between academia and industry.
